Self-efficacy is about your vision for your future, your belief in yourself, and your ability to continue on the path you want to be following, to get where you want to go. It is the skill that enables our dreams to become a reality.
In this course, we will look at how to get motivated by our hopes, aspirations, and dreams, the things we really care about, how to reflect on our skills and build a toolkit of positivity towards yourself.

We will look at outlining our core values to align our future goals to what we truly care about, we will start visioning the future and setting actionable, tangible goals, with realistic actions. This course will support you to build a toolkit for self-effectiveness and get you to recognise that there is only 1 of you, and that YOU are important!

Sometimes we all need the confidence to believe that we can do what we want, sometimes we need a little help to actually identify what we even want first! This course is here to show you, that you being you, is all you need! Big Love for being YOU, there is only 1 of you after all…

This Self Study Pack is a little different to others, we encourage you to take this one day at a time. It can be hard going and tiring feeling positive, being creative and learning through reflection, so take your time and piece it together bit by bit. By the end it will all slot into place! Each day ends with a broadcast, these are recorded discussions and interviews that help contextualise the work you have undertaken throughout the course, a good listen if you feel like being inspired and hearing how other people do this for themselves!

**Please note, there is reference to and use of swear words throughout this course. Nothing in this course is intended to offend, instead we aim to rebel against some educational norms, and invite you to be playful in your engagement with this course. This course is not written by a certified expert or positioned in a specific professional field. Instead it hopes to encourage, provoke, and help you reflect on who you are and how you want to operate in the world**
