Setting boundaries in our personal and professional lives is essential to be able to look after your wellbeing, prioritise your time and foster healthy relationships with those around you. But feeling confident in your boundaries and communicating them with others takes some practise. In this course I’ll be showing you how to use empathy to set boundaries with yourself and others.

In this course you’ll:

– Learn what the different types of boundaries are and reflect on which are important for you to create
– Learn what empathy is and how it can help you to establish and hold a boundary
– Reflect on the role discomfort plays in avoiding boundary setting and how to overcome it
