How to be Effectively YOU
Effectively YOU is a programme of workshops and active sessions to support your development, confidence and effectiveness from your inside to your out! YOU are your most valuable asset, YOU have an important and exciting story to tell and YOU are already effective at being YOU! So come along to these sessions and find out how to feel confident and inspired by what you already have inside you.

Well, what does all that mean in practice?
This programme is open and accessible in multiple ways. You might just want to dip your toe in to one or two sessions, or you might engage in the full programme. Through Effectively YOU we invite you to take the lead of you, designing a journey that feels true to you, and think holistically about how to build your confidence.
How to be Effectively YOU encourages you to accept that confidence isn’t something which you will always have hold of, or feel. Throughout this programme we will learn skills that help us ground, and feel safe in the unknown. In recognising that we cannot control external forces (which might sometimes challenge us), we will look to develop skills and learn about who we are and what we value.
We can then begin to understand how to solve issues that arise and build an empowered community who are excited to go on their own journey. EXCITING!
Take a look at the calendar of events and sign up to and attend everything that you think is right for you. Click the link to each session to sign up!

Hi, I am Amanda! I am passionate about supporting people to connect to feelings of safety and aliveness by getting out of their heads and into their bodies. I do this by helping you navigate the patterns that keep you feeling stressed and burnt out through a blend of coaching, nervous system education, yoga, and yoga therapy. I am a professional coach with over nine years of experience using the tools of yoga to support stress reduction and mindfulness. I have recently completed my studies with the International Svastha School of Yoga Therapy. Many of the tools and approaches I share are influenced by the excellent guides and teachers on my learning journey, as well as drawing on my experiences of guiding clients looking to unravel the patterns that keep them stuck.

Studying Fashion at University, Daisy specialised in digital media and online consumer psychology, laying the vital foundations upon which her growth in the online world would be built.
After graduating she worked in creative agencies, within teams at in-house fashion brands, and on specific activations and events for global brands, such as Pernod Ricard, Nasty Gal, and Diagio.
In 2019, Daisy quit her job after finding frustration in the lack of down-to-earth, real, and human advice available for those trying to find their way in the world of digital marketing and social media.
