KPMG Student Recruitment team

We would like to invite you to the final call to submit a team for the launch of the University Business Challenge to Tuesday, February 10th 2026, at 4:30 PM.
Enhancing Employability & Social Mobility
This Business Challenge is one of our most critical social mobility initiatives. It provides tangible, high-impact benefits, particularly for students with limited prior work experience:
- Enhanced Employability: The project experience (e.g., the Microsoft brief) significantly enhances students’ CVs and professional profiles.
- Assessment Centre Readiness: Working collaboratively on a project, solving a real-world brief, and presenting the solution boosts their confidence and readiness for competitive assessment centres and job interviews.
Flexible Registration to Maximise Participation
To simplify engagement and ensure accessibility for all students, we have two registration pathways:
- Individual Registration Link: Students can register alone, and we will place them into a team.
https://edi.careers/programs/bc-individual-registration/ - Team Registration Link: You can continue to facilitate the formation of pre-formed teams, utilizing your existing university structures.
https://edi.careers/programs/uni-mentoring-2025/
We are keen to maximise participation, knowing the proven impact this program has on a student’s ability to compete successfully in employment selection processes.
