The Third Term, as we call it, has always been a space for students to decompress, focus on something new, and take part in an activity that isn’t constrained by their academic timetable. Many of our activities take place on campus, so if you’re still in accommodation in May and June these are a great way to make the most of your time in Manchester. But if you’re working from elsewhere in the world, there are also of plenty of ways to get involved online and take part in some deeper activities!
Our four week Mindful Photography Project is the perfect opportunity for you to develop a better understanding of your (and others’) wellbeing in a creative way. Every week you will focus on photographic methods that will encompass the NHS’s Five ways to wellbeing:
- Connect, with others and your surroundings
- Be active,
- Take notice,
