This activity is offered as part of Go Global - an exciting set of activities, , allowing students to engage in an international experience.

A mind and body experience originated in India, guided by experienced instructor and staff member Elizabeth Millican-Forster. Find inner peace through breath control, gentle stretches, and meditation. Enhance flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
