Understanding Imposter Syndrome with Sally Heady
Sally Heady is a QCH Therapist and Coach, helping people in various industries challenger their inner critic, making us question what is really holding us back.
This session will be held in BZ403 on Monday 18th March 2024 at 12pm-1pm and will cover:
- Understanding what Imposter Syndrome is, including common symptoms both in terms of emotions and behaviours
- Common triggers of imposter syndrome
- What causes imposter syndrome?
- The lesser known secret of imposter syndrome
- A brief overview of ‘growth mindset’ as a way of coping with uncertainty and failure.
- Q and A
