Thriving, Not Surviving, at University

7th February 11:00 to 12:00
Thriving, and not just surviving at uni, by ensuring that the physical, emotional, and social aspects of your life are all working together to support your wellbeing.
February Festival

Thriving at University, whether in your studies, personal life, or generally as a human trying to navigate this weird thing we call life, is not only about eating the right thing or getting 10,000 steps in but by adopting an all-round approach to your health and habits. To ensure your thriving and not just surviving at uni, you can start to ensure that the physical, emotional, and social aspects of your life are all working together to support your wellbeing.

Join us for this one-hour session where we’ll talk about these aspects in more detail, giving you a chance to evaluate your life in these areas and put some plans in place to improve them!
