Thomas Engell is a hybrid talent in audio and image alike. Practicing and teaching in what he describes as the multiple dimensions in film editing. Classical storytelling-art and science paired with the possibilities of emerging software editing technologies.

Thomas has been working internationally in the film and television industry for more than 30 years and is today still driven by curiosity and excitement towards any new creative or technical tool that can refine the art of storytelling on film.

The last script is written in the editing room. This Masterclass will take you on a journey towards understanding the creative possibilities constructing narratives and strengthening character performances through the multiple dimensions of film editing.
