Discover how to bounce back from challenges and thrive in life with Dean McCullough, BBC Radio 1 presenter. Join him and a panel of inspiring speakers who will share their stories and tips on how to overcome adversity, cope with change, and achieve your goals.

Dean McCullough

Dean hosts his own daytime show on BBC Radio 1 weekdays and has become one of the most exciting broadcasters in the country. With 13 years experience under his belt Dean was awarded ‘Top LGBTQ+ Broadcaster’ by Attitude Magazine.

Dean McCullough’s talk will be followed by a panel session, where Manchester’s most influential speakers will discuss resilience and overcoming challenges.

Panel speakers include: Ash Kumar (Founder and Creative Director – Native Youth), Holly Moore (Founder and Speaker – Make Events Limited), Anne Onwusiri (Founder of Black Girls Ruck).

 

Free snacks and refreshments will be provided by Eighth Day Café.

The session will be livestreamed and recorded for students who are unable to attend on the day.
