RISE Research Internship in Cyber Security. In this project you'll be building a database of vulnerability reports, which will aid in an ongoing research project but also that you may want to use as part of your learning.
You will be building a tool that can automatically scrape public sources of vulnerability reports and write ups to create a custom database/repository. This will then allow further analysis to be run, for example looking at how vulnerabilities change over time, or identifying new hacking techniques that vulnerability researchers are finding.
Applicants should be familiar in at least one programming language, and have an interest in vulnerability research/ethical hacking. Familiarity with web security is desirable but not essential.
