Join The Writing Lab

7th February to 13th March
The Writing Lab is a five-week programme, exploring why and how we write. Taking place over 5 Wednesdays on campus (7/2, 14/2, 28/2, 6/3, 13/3) 3.00-4.30pm.

We are looking for 12 students from the department of English (on any programme and at any level) to join Dr Sarah Butler (novelist and senior lecturer at MMU’s Writing School) to explore and deepen their relationship with their writing.

We will be looking at process, form, voice, finding joy in our writing practices, and writing as an embodied practice.

Expect conversation, discussion, writing exercises and snacks.
