Feel Good Friday
‘Feel Good Friday’ will happen once a month and will focus on a different topic each time. For example, men’s mental health, student loneliness, self-love and many many more. Each one will have many different activities running in the Union throughout the day so come along and get involved!
When you do come along to the ‘Feel Good Fridays’, we hope that you’ll learn something, create friendships, and just have lots of fun!

Studio 1
Pilates, 10:00 – 12:00 (20 minute sessions, open to all students, running on the hour and at half past)
Studio 2
Therapy dog, 10:30 – 12:00 and 12:30 – 13:30

Free popcorn and candy floss, 12:00 – 16:00
Advice Centre stall, 12:00 – 16:00
Main Hall
Res Life smoothie bike, 12:00 – 16:00
Library chill out area, 12:00 – 16:00
Conference Suite
Gaming Hub ran by the Table Top Gaming society and gaming society, 12:00 – 16:00
MMU sport and fairground stalls, 12:00 – 16:00
Meeting Room 8
Library and Book Club society (zine making activity), 12:00 – 16:00
