Engineering Workshop Training - Synchronizing equipment

29th November 14:00 to 17:00
Engineering training workshops are your chance to come along and get training and experience on a variety of machines and devices. These workshops are open to students from any subject or level and are a great way to find out how the engineering workshop facilities may be able to help you with your own studies or activities.

You will be taught to synchronise the high speed cameras together, and to the drop rig. This is a pre-requisite to the next session on digital image correlation, and could be useful for anybody interested in dynamic testing, using the drop rig, or studying human/animal movement.

Details will be share on the DoE Moodle Page – Course: Department Of Engineering Students (mmu.ac.uk), for you to refer back to after the workshop – or shared via onedrive after the workshop, for those without access to moodle to download and store.
