Jessica Guy | Distributed Design lead at Fab Lab Barcelona
Jessica Guy is a designer, maker, and strategic research lead of Distributed Design at Fab Lab Barcelona. Jessica’s work centers around researching ontologies and narratives of design from plural perspectives within design and maker education.
At Fab Lab Barcelona, Jessica is the project manager of the EU-funded project Distributed Design Platform and Make Works global. They design and curate annual programs for learning experiences, knowledge exchanges, publications, hybrid events, awards, and other opportunities to support emerging creative talents. Over the past years, Jessica has actively contributed to EU-funded research projects such as CENTRINNO, Pop-Machina, and REFLOW.
Most recently Jessica has received a research fellowship from the Creative Impact Research Centre Europe (CIRCE), Berlin, DE.
Olga Trevisan | Creative Action Researcher
Olga Trevisan is an Italian visual artist who graduated from the University of Venice (I.U.A.V) and holds a Master’s Degree in Local Development from the University of Padua. Over the past decade, she has actively engaged in European and international cross-disciplinary projects as an art and education facilitator and consultant. Her work primarily focuses on participatory practices and bottom-up strategies. One of her key areas of interest is promoting collaborative methodologies within local communities, connecting them to global challenges.
In 2022, she provided support to the Centrinno EU project team and is currently actively involved in projects such as Distributed Design and Dafne+ as EU Creative Action Researcher at IAAC | Fab Lab Barcelona.
