Business without Borders: Meet the Employers 2024

You will attend a introduction followed by a speed networking session where employers will move tables every 10 - 15 minutes to talk to your group within the afternoon. This is a great chance to practice networking with other students. Develop your networking skills with real life employers in a informal on campus setting.
This activity is offered as part of Go Global - an exciting set of activities, allowing students to engage in an international experience. Are you having problems signing up to this event? Email GGW6@mmu.ac.uk and we will try to fix the issue for you.

Are you studying International Business Management or Business Management at any level?

Thinking about developing your networking skills with real life employers and finding out about their company/ organisation, considering a placement/ work experience or next steps after university? Not sure which career is for you?

Come along to our Business without Borders Meet the Employers Event to progress your networking skills and find out employers experiences on how to gain a role, their company and if they have any opportunities to find out their application and interview procedure.

You will have the chance to speak to employers in small groups to find out more about the company, their experiences in their career and if they have current opportunities, how to apply and stand out from the crowd. You will also have the opportunity to speak with employers individually at the end in informal networking, should you wish to continue your conversations from the earlier speed networking discussions that afternoon.
