Anxiety and Mindfulness
A session exploring anxiety for first-year students in History, Politics and Philosophy
This workshop, which is open to first-year students in History, Politics and Philosophy, will explore anxiety and the ways in which it can affect our personal, academic, and professional lives. We will also consider behavioural responses to anxiety and how mindfulness techniques can help individuals to navigate anxiety-provoking situations.
The session will be delivered as two separate workshops (14:00-15:30; 15:30-17:00). Once registration for the event has closed, the organisers will email all first-year HPP students to confirm which of the two sessions they should attend.
