23rd June 13:00 to 15:00
Have you ever wondered what steps take place as people move through the court system? Explore the different roles and how the trial process all work together to promote equal justice for all.

Discover the criminal courtroom procedures by taking an active part in a mock trial based on a real-life murder case. Differentiate between the roles and responsibilities of the people involved in the trial process and understand the appropriate courtroom demeanour whilst participating in the mock trial. Discussions will take place on the parts of a trial and the various post-trial processes and sentences. No previous knowledge or experience of law is needed to take part – in fact, this experience is perfect for beginners and those not studying for a Law degree.
