This set of activities will provide you with the Project Management skills to become a Future Leader and successfully reach your goals through the management of people, resources, time, and finances.

A key part of being a leader is managing the resources you have available to deliver on your aims and ambitions. Often this takes the form of project management, which is a set of skills that allows you to identify constraints, usually time and money, and develop the tools to influence a team to deliver successful outcomes. 

Skill Development

Completing this set of activities will develop your skills by:

• Building personal and team time management abilities  
• Identifying the constraints on a project, such as complexity, budget, and time 
• Developing the ability to influence and manage other people to ensure everyone is working towards the same goal  
• Understanding the complexity of goals, especially when working in a team
