COIL: Manchester Met x Rennes School of Business project

27th March 09:00 to 21:00
Students from Rennes School of Business and Manchester Met University will work together to analyse the talent management strategy of an organisation, explicitly referring to Diversity and Inclusion policies and practices, and drawing on relevant Diversity and Inclusion concepts
This activity is offered as part of Go Global - an exciting set of activities, allowing students to engage in an international experience. Are you having problems signing up to this event? Email GGW6@mmu.ac.uk and we will try to fix the issue for you.

Students from RSB and MMU will be assigned into groups. The task is to work together to produce a pre-recorded video (5 minutes or more) analysing the talent management strategy of an organisation with which at least one of you is familiar (for example, a current or previous workplace). The analysis should explicitly refer to Diversity and Inclusion policies and practices, drawing on relevant concepts discussed in your respective units.
