You’ll discover how the business works as an employer AND dive into one of its most exciting roles: influencer marketing.

Hear first-hand from MFI alum Mia, who’ll break down the real day‑to‑day of the role, while Rachel, Strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner, gives you the tips, tricks, and insider know‑how to nail applications and stand out in the hiring process.

To finish, you’ll get a chance to show what you can do. A mini creative brief will be set after the session—your shot at a money‑can’t‑buy mentorship experience. The top five student submissions will each win a 1:1 session with Rachel & Mia.
