Manchester Universities Rugby 7s Volunteer Workforce
Along with the University of Manchester, we are delivering the Manchester Universities 7s Festival on Friday 24th April at Broughton Park RFC.
We want students to get involved by volunteering in the following roles:
- Pitch managers
- Administration
- Stewards
In collaboration with the University of Manchester, we are delivering the Manchester Universities 7s Festival on Friday 24th April at Broughton Park RFC. The festival has been created to increase accessible rugby 7s playing opportunities for Northern universities, delivered within the academic calendar. The festival will be multi-tiered, offering competitive and developmental opportunities for players at all stages of their rugby journey. This includes a non-contact T1 zone, for those new to the sport and wanting to give rugby a go!
We are looking for students to get involved in the event by volunteering in any of the following roles:
- Pitch managers (responsible for communication with teams / pitch officials)
- Administration (registration / collecting results)
- Stewards (logistical direction / dealing with incidents)
