Workshop: Ubuntu - I am, because we are

You will experience the power of an Ubuntu circle and hold space within which we will experience that which unites us is more than that which divides us.
This activity is offered as part of Go Global - an exciting set of activities, allowing students to engage in an international experience. Are you having problems signing up to this event? Email GGW6@mmu.ac.uk and we will try to fix the issue for you.

As part of our STRIVE hosts series, Prof. Iwi Ugiagbe-Green & Prof. Kendi Guantai will be joined by several STRIVE Leaders to co-create with those in attendance, a wonderfully immersive and culturally conscious session that applies storytelling practice and adopts the beautiful philosophy of Ubuntu – ‘I am, because we are.’

You are invited (not obligated) to bring an artefact that has some personal meaning to you.

Those who attend are not obligated to speak but must adhere to the community agreement that is shared at the beginning of the session.
