Go Global: Global Women Leaders

5th March 13:30 to 14:30
Join us for an inspiring, interactive session celebrating women’s leadership and experiences from around the world.
This activity is offered as part of Go Global - an exciting set of activities, allowing students to engage in an international experience. Are you having problems signing up to this event? Email GGW6@mmu.ac.uk and we will try to fix the issue for you.

Join us for an inspiring, interactive session celebrating women’s leadership and experiences from around the world. Hear powerful ‘Stories from Home’ as students and panellists share the women who inspire them, cultural traditions around womanhood, and what it’s like studying, working and leading in the UK. We’ll explore themes like navigating workplaces, overcoming bias, and building confidence.

There will also be an opportunity for networking between attendees and a chance to learn more about our International Societies.

This event is open to everyone – students of all genders, backgrounds, and identities. Whether you want to listen, share, celebrate, or support, you’re welcome. Come to connect, to learn, and come hungry! There will be snacks and refreshments available for all attendees!
