Fermented Foods - Health and Sustainability Benefits

In this workshop you will learn about the health and environmental benefits of Fermented Foods. Improve your own personal health by taking away samples of fermented food you have made.
This activity is offered as part of Future Me Week - five days of exciting opportunities to develop your skills, deepen understanding, gain experience and take steps towards an exciting Future You.

Overview: A practical workshop where you will learn how to make fermented food.

Takeaways: You will take away skills to make your own fermented foods, and your own samples from the workshop. 

Who can come: Open to all students at all levels. 

Accessibility: The Food Technology Lab is located on the 3rd Floor of the Brooks Building, lift access is available. 

Once you sign up, an allergies awareness form will be issued.
