This activity is offered as part of Future Me Week - five days of exciting opportunities to develop your skills, deepen understanding, gain experience and take steps towards an exciting Future You.

Project Chakra are returning to Manchester Met with their awarding winning immersive workshop.

Do you have what it takes to lead your nation?

In The Complexity Game you will play the role of a leader of a nation and be tasked to grow your economies, prosper and become a world dominating nation.

In less than an hour you’ll have designed and implemented a game plan with five other countries. You’ll have negotiated economic and environmental crises and guessed what your neighbouring countries are up to. In your effort to maximise revenues will you be surprised, frustrated or, ultimately, win?

What are the dynamics that influence the game? Where does trust come from? Who is playing by the rules? What strategies seem to work?

The Complexity Game offers you the chance to experience first hand the challenges of managing complexity in organisational decision making in multi-stakeholder environments and provides a fresh approach to solving those issues.
