Get ready to recharge and relax with a host of FREE health and wellbeing activities on offer.

Zone Out is back on Monday 17 November (Business School) and Tuesday 18 November (Dalton Building) with a line-up of fun and relaxing activities.

Take a break and treat yourself to two days of fun and relaxation. From animal therapy and free massages to fitness classes, craft workshops, guided meditation, VR and arcade games, and more—there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Most activities are available on a drop-in basis, but you’ll need to pre-book for certain sessions. Book your place now to stay updated and be the first to know when activity bookings open.
