Search techniques for finding academic sources
Are you beginning a project, literature review or dissertation and need to search for information?
This session will help you plan your searches by creating a search strategy and will introduce you to time saving search techniques.
Techniques we will cover include:
- Phrase searching
- Truncation
- Wildcards
- AND & OR
This is an in-person session on campus, taking place in the Library, room 4.24.
