Zone Out for World Mental Health Day

9th October 11:00 to 14:00
Join our Zone Out event to celebrate World Mental Health Day in the Brooks building where we'll have a host of FREE health and wellbeing activities on offer.

The aim of the day is to encourage you to take a break from your studies and focus on your health and wellbeing. There will be lots of FREE activities on offer, including:

  • Animal therapy
  • Tote bag decorating
  • Stargazing in the DOME immersive environment
  • AED & CPR training provided by St John Ambulance
  • Fitness classes
  • VR and retro gaming
  • Mug painting and badgemaking with the Library

Most activities will be available on a drop-in basis but you’ll need to book a slot in advance for animal therapy. Bookings will open on Wednesday 1 October.
