The Self-Discovery Experiment
The Self-Discovery Experiment is a workshop exploring the idea that who you are isn’t fixed- it’s a work in progress…
Rather than treating your identity, skills, and labels as certainties, you’ll learn to treat them like hypotheses waiting to be tested – open to exploration, growth, and change. You’ll dive into reflective exercises that challenge the way you view yourself, uncovering both strengths and perceived limitations. The goal is to discover that many of your self-imposed labels aren’t as permanent as they seem and can evolve with new experiences.
You’ll leave this session with some working ‘hypotheses’ about who you are, what you’re good at, and what you could be – with a plan for how you can test these ideas in everyday life, so you can see possibility and potential as you grow.
