This activity is offered as part of Future Me Week - five days of exciting opportunities to develop your skills, deepen understanding, gain experience and take steps towards an exciting Future You.

Join a technician lead session in the cavendish Nutrition laboratories on the topic of food waste reduction.

Participants will learn a practical, eco-friendly approach to cooking. This session will provide both a drink and a snack, teaching the participants ways to reduce food waste and use AI to make the most out of their ingredients.
