Bridging the gap between a great idea and a realistic business model.

There are many sources of ideas:

-You have a degree in a subject and your studies suggest a potential business

-You have a hobby/pastime which provides some inspiration for an idea based on your experience

-You spot a “gap” in the market which you see a solution for

-You work in an organisation and see opportunities for a new product or service

-It just occurs to you as a good idea

You like the idea of being an entrepreneur or you may already be one.

The idea may inspire and motivate you but the really hard part is turning an idea into a sustainable business.

This workshop helps you understand the critical elements in moving the idea into a real and sustainable business.

At the end of the workshop you will understand the critical elements and have a toolkit for building the idea into a business model that has the potential to be successful.

The online workshop will be highly interactive – you will work on your ideas in a safe space guided by Richard Bostock (Innospace Entrepreneur in Residence) who has many years of experience in helping entrepreneurs achieve their ambitions.
