From Stress to Success: Overcoming Career Anxiety
Description: Career anxiety refers to the stress and uncertainty students often feel about their future professional paths. It’s a common experience, but one that can be managed with the right strategies and support. Careers practitioners will share their insights on navigating barriers and challenges in the job market, their stories of success and inspiration, and tips on transforming negative career thoughts, into positive language. Additionally, they will discuss how to build confidence, increase awareness of opportunities, and stay true to yourself as you prepare for your career.
Who Should Attend? This event is open to all students. Whether you are looking to be inspired, navigate barriers, or gain practical advice on managing career anxiety, this session is for you.
Format: Presentation followed by audience Q&A.
