Assessment Centre - PGs in People and Performance Department

22nd March 09:00 to 17:00
Mock Assessment Centre organised by external company GradCore. Event hosted at Etihad Stadium and students do a presentation and job interview.

You will participate in two scenario exercises:

  1. Presentation
  2. Individual 1-2-1 Mock Interview

There is also a more detailed Webpage available – including instructions, Top Tips, Ask a Question, etc – just like in real-life! (Access via email or Moodle page).

This is an opportunity to ……

  1. Practice and develop your behaviours and skills
  2. Receive a verbal debrief (straight afterwards)
  3. Receive a personalised written feedback report on your behaviours and skills provided to each student & PL/UL (day after)
  4. Reflect further on your performance and feedback as you start applying for graduate jobs / developing your career
