Utilise photography-based creative methods as a toolkit to aid better well-being.
This self-study pack is designed to use multiple forms of creativity to aid well-being and is based on the NHS’s Five Ways to Wellbeing methods (more on this soon).

The tasks include:
– A mindful photowalk (any camera will do)
– Cyanotype printing (or a kitchen scrap version)
– Collage
– Zine making

This content is designed to be as accessible as possible. Therefore, it considers disabilities, budget, and technology abilities and provides multiple variations to suit a wider following. The whole point of the course is to be kind to yourself and your capabilities.
