Reflective practice & behaviour change
Being able to make necessary behaviour changes in order to implement supportive strategies for children is one of the key skills you will need to develop to support children with their speech, language and communication development.
By completing this activity, you will produce a reflection that you can use in your portfolio for the unit assessment.

Apply Your Thinking:
Plan and implement a small behaviour change
Identify a simple behaviour change that you can put into practice this coming week, for example you could change the hand you brush your teeth with for the next week. You can choose a different example if you prefer, just make sure it is a small daily routine task. Using the template below, write a simple plan covering what you are going to do and how you will remember to do it this new way every time.
