Identifying scaffolding
It is important to be able to apply your knowledge of scaffolding to real life examples of child-adult interactions. This will help you to use this strategy in your own interactions with young children and to identify when others use this.
This activity further develops your skills in identifying adults’ use of scaffolding with young children. It is essential in supporting you to complete the assessment for this unit and links directly to this week’s learning objective (LO2).
