As mentioned above, information on its own will not change people’s behavior. We learn better through hearing stories and examples as they bring life to dry facts.  By providing practical examples, you can make the issue easier to understand as well as provide useful information for action.

Another powerful communication technique is to tell the story of your own journey. This will make it easier for people to understand your concern for the issue and it may also inspire them to take action themselves.
