This study pack has been designed for students entering into collaborative project work in teams, and the focus is team-management more than project-management, though we will explore where they overlap. Most of the pack deals with setting up a team and establishing good understanding and practices before project gets underway. There is a good reason for this – changing the dynamics mid-stream is much harder and often absorbs precious time – so the likelihood of a great team experience is (generally) positively correlated with the team-building efforts made at the beginning.
