Solving Wicked Problems

Introduce wicked problems. Set expectation of a “solution” it doesn’t entirely resolve the issue but has a positive impact with limited negative consequences. This self study pack and Rise projects use the word “solution”. This is a loaded word and in some ways is inaccurate.

We can’t solve this problems but we can have a positive impact.

Provide some examples of “wicked problems” instruct learner to pick one that they will use to guide them through this SSP.
