This set of activities will provide you with the Communication skills to become a Future Innovator that understands the role communication plays in sharing ideas and influencing people.  

Successful communicators need to have confidence in their own ability to share ideas, thinking about different audiences and how we tailor and customise information to ensure it has impact. Understanding the role key techniques such as storytelling play in communicating information will help you to share ideas that are meaningful, insightful, and which have the power to influence.

• Developing your confidence in delivering oral presentations and thinking about how we can present complex ideas with impact. 
• Understanding your own core beliefs and identities and think about the role your own perspective plays in storytelling and sharing. 
• Appreciating the challenges of communicating in modern society, including the role news and social media plays in sharing scientific information.
