Reducing Carbon Emissions from Food: Can Healthy Food Save The Planet?

Approximately 25% of global greenhouse emissions come from the food supply chain (Poore and Nemecek, 2018). As such, changing our diets can be one of the most accessible ways to reduce our Carbon Footprints. Please watch the video below that summarise the key findings from the report “Food in the Anthropocene: the EAT–Lancet Commission on healthy diets from sustainable food systems.”

One you have watched the video, please scroll down to access  “Action Audit: Food” and complete that quiz before moving on to the next topic.
