Recruitment Bias

You are encouraged to enter all opportunities believing in yourself and what you can achieve. The truth is that there will always be bias in recruitment and selection processes. It is up to you, to do the work, to put yourself in the best possible position to access your opportunity. This means being well prepared for the interview; researching the company, industry and of course the role.

You will need to make decisions about how you want to present yourself in order to create an impression of good fit, or whether you are going to present yourself without these considerations and know that a role that others perceive you of being a good fit, will come along.
