Prepare: Task 1

Prepare: Task 1

Communication is a vital part of our lives. It forms the basis of how we connect with each other and crosses all aspects of our lives. It is how we find places where we belong, how we share parts of ourselves and our emotions and how we learn, develop and grow. When we communicate well, it seems easy and stress free. We are more likely to get what we need and want at the right time. When there are challenges around communication, it can leave us frustrated, angry and isolated.
