Materials/ supplies you will need:

Most of these things can be found around the home, and a breakdown list will be added to each individual topic, but here is an outline just to give you a heads-up!

Cyanotype chemicals (low toxicity) are probably the most unique materials on the list. Easily found in its pair of bottles set in the usual online stores, and a little goes a very long way. I have offered a cheaper/ free method also.

  • Cyanotype Chemicals (duo pack)
  • Notebook or Paper to make notes and journal
  • Pens and Pencils – Whatever you have around
  • Camera – a phone camera is fine
  • Tracing paper – A possible option
  • Thick paper that will withstand gentle washing – watercolour works best
  • Paintbrushes -even an old toothbrush or sponge will do
  • Foraged materials
  • Newspapers, magazines
  • Glue
  • Scissors or craft knife
  • A stapler or needle and thread.
  • Access to a home printer/ office printer
