Welcome to the Preparing for Teaching intensive. Here you will complete a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) created by the Faculty of Education at Manchester Metropolitan University in collaboration with FutureLearn. This is an introductory course helping you to think more deeply about what might be involved in being a teacher. We will then explore aspects of teaching including subject delivery, behaviour management and the ways that schools and subjects are organised.
