Approximately 25% of global greenhouse emissions come from the food supply chain (Poore and Nemecek, 2018). As such, changing our diets can be one of the most accessible ways to reduce our Carbon Footprints. But what types of food should we eat and could changing our diet have any additional benefits to our overall health?
