Introduction – What this SSP does

Journey:

  • Introduce the idea of wicked problems and provide some examples. Learners will pick one of these to work through the pack using one of these problems (or create their own). This will provide more context to the themes and ideas presented
  • Start by breaking down a brief, identifying a user, defining success, staking out the boundaries.
  • Researching an issue, using existing case studies of success and failure. Adapting, being inspired by. Role of AI in this?
  • Generating ideas – Exploring desirability, feasibility, viability, and sustainability. Move away from initial ideas and think creatively. The role of research and case studies in this.
