This set of activities will provide you with the Strategic Thinking skills to become a Future Leader that can create a vision for success and map out their journey to get there.

Being a good leader is not easy! Leadership often requires thinking about lots of different things at once. That might include projects, finances, people, goals, or strategy or any of the other things that go into running a business or team. Strategic thinking is all about how you manage all these factors without getting distracted from your goals or hitting unexpected challenges. Being a leader with strong strategic thinking skills means you can create effective goals and envision how you will reach them while also being able to anticipate and overcome barriers or threats to your aims.

Skill Development

Completing this set of activities will develop your skills by:

  • Building the ability to analyse the current situation and use this to plan for the future
  • Developing skills in goal setting and action planning
  • Fostering innovative and creative thinking to solve problems
  • Being adaptive and flexible to deal with and overcome challenges to your strategy
