This short taster course has been developed to introduce you to some theories about child development and the stages children go through in their first 1001 days. It will also explain why the earliest years of a child’s life have a significant impact on their long-term development and life chances.

The learning will allow you to reflect on your own notions about child development and provide you with some tools to apply in your future interactions with children.
